As of February 2015, Tactix Marketing is please to announce that our reputation management services are now available business owners across Denver, the Front Range, and the US. Over the past two years, we have worked with a select few of our clients who have needed a strategic plan to address what we all know – most online reviews are left by people with a bad experience.

While those with a bad experience often represent just a small fraction of a businesses overall customer base, these customers tend to be the most vocal, expressing their dissatisfaction everywhere – Yelp, Google+, Facebook, you name it.

Most business owners don’t know how to address this stain on their reputation. While many are more than happy to address the complaints of an unhappy customer, they simply don’t know how to recover a rating on these sites that’s dropping.

Almost all of the online review sites like Yelp and Google+ frown on businesses owners offering an incentive to leave a review. This is especially the case with Yelp, where you will have you have Yelp actually include a note on your business listing stating that they believe your businesses is buying positive reviews.

As if bad reviews from customers weren’t bad enough, this is even worse.

Any business with a rating of less than 4 stars out of 5 is being negatively impacted by their online reputation. More times than not, their rating has been brought down by 1 star reviews where people have left comments like “NEVER shop here,” or “This is the WORST dentist EVER!”
